Wien (pta046/22.12.2016/19:10 UTC+1) conwert Immobilien Invest SE ("conwert") announces that the sale of the commercial property portfolio to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen is progressing as planned. The transaction is not expected to close already by year-end 2016, but around one month later, in light of the comprehensive formal steps undertaken.
