conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Administrative Board elections

Vienna (pta028/27.01.2017/14:37 UTC+1) In today's extraordinary general meeting of conwert Immobilien Invest SE (conwert), Rolf Buch, A. Stefan Kirsten, Fabian Heß and Sabine Gleiß were newly elected to the Administrative Board. Peter Hohlbein and Andreas Lehner were re-elected.

In the subsequent constituent meeting of the Administrative Board, Rolf Buch was elected as the Chairman and A. Stefan Kirsten as the Deputy Chairman of the Board.
