At the 30th ordinary shareholders' meeting of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, Vienna, FN 75895 k, held on 11 May 2017 it was resolved to distribute a dividend for 2016 fiscal year of EUR 0.65 for every share in the Company, which is entitled to dividend. According to Austrian tax law, the distribution of the net profit partially (in an amount of 0.22 EUR per share) qualifies as a repayment of capital pursuant to Section 4 para. 12 Income Tax Act (EStG). The dividend is payable on 17 May 2017 (dividend payment date); ex-dividend date is 15 May 2017. The record date for determining entitled shareholdings is 16 May 2017.
