A joint vision forms a new team: The Puello family, together with KTM Industries AG, starts a new chapter of their successful entrepreneurial career. In July 2017 PEXCO GmbH was founded, a bicycle company, which focuses on electro-mobility. The clear vision: to take the technology leadership in the field of zero emission for lightweight vehicles and to reach the next level of eMobility together with PEXCO. The strategic partnership covers all areas - from development through design to the manufacture of eBikes and bicycles. Under the corporate umbrella of PEXCO, the family around Susanne Puello will in the future steer the fortunes of two brands. These will be named for the first time at a press conference and a Meet and Greet at Eurobike. The first intermediate program is expected to be presented later this year.

PEXCO - Next Level eMobility
Together with KTM Industries AG, the Puello family founded PEXCO GmbH. The name stands for "Puello eMobility Crossover Company". Together with bicycle retailers, the family would like to go a long way in the future and offer creative solutions to ever-changing market conditions. Their many years of experience and their fine sense of entrepreneurship are important directives. With KTM Industries AG listed at the stock exchange in Zurich, the Puellos have found a perfect partner for their project. As Europe's largest motorcycle manufacturer and world market leader in the electric sports motorcycle industry, KTM Industries AG is focusing its current strategic focus on the global motorcycle market and the automotive high-tech components sector. With its world-famous brands KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, WP and Pankl, it is one of the technology and market leaders in its segments. Part of the network is Kiska GmbH, Europe's largest independent and owner-managed design company, which represents the design competence within the group and employs about 240 people at its Salzburg site. This is now to be extended by the adjacent market segment of the bicycle industry. Within the group there is a high degree of technological interaction, which is unique in Europe in this form. The newly founded PEXCO will establish its future business location in Schweinfurt (Lower Franconia). Further strategic production sites in Europe and Asia have already been determined.

For decades, both have been successfully operating in different markets and have led various companies and brands to international success with vision and entrepreneurship.
