CA Immobilien Anlagen AG hereby notifies Holders of the Bonds that due to the payment of a Cash Dividend of EUR 0.80 per Share to the shareholders of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, Vienna, FN 75895 k, the Conversion Price has been adjusted to EUR 30.4062 (from previously EUR 30.5684) pursuant to § 11 (d) (ii) of the Terms and Conditions, and effective on 14 May 2018.
