Peach Property Group AG: direct line to tenants in Heidenheim - "Peach Point" opened and tenant app launched

Zürich/Heidenheim (pta006/23.11.2018/07:00 UTC+1) The residential real estate company Peach Property Group today opened a further flagship store for tenants right in the center of Heidenheim an der Brenz. At the same time, the company is now providing all tenants in Heidenheim with an innovative app to communicate directly with landlord, property management and with other tenants. Peach Property Group owns more than 1,000 apartments in Heidenheim and a total of around 8,400 units throughout Germany.

The "Peach Point" with over 100 square meters is located in the center of Heidenheim, in Grabenstraße 3, and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays for Peach tenants as well as for those interested in renting. It serves as a central point of contact for all tenant concerns and as a meeting point for tenants as well as a place to pass some time and work. This is possible, for example, in the "Peach Point" community area with a modern iMac workstation, Internet use and mobile phone charging stations. A broad range advice will also be offered to tenants, information on the apartments, the construction materials used and options for individual fittings in the apartments. In the medium term, "do-it-yourself" workshops and rental equipment in the workshop area are planned.

All tenants from Heidenheim have been personally invited to the opening of "Peach Point", which the Management Board of the Peach Property Group will also attend.

This is now the second "Peach Point" that the company operates in Germany. The first such tenant flagship store was opened in Oberhausen in June 2018. With the opening of the second "Peach Point", Peach Property is building on its positive experience with the first store.

At the same time, the Peach Group is also expanding its digital communication platform with its tenants: The second generation tenant app developed by the Peach Property Group itself is a unique tool available to tenants in Heidenheim with immediate effect. The app gives tenants the opportunity to send questions, requests and suggestions to Peach employees around the clock and to track the status of their concerns. This is done with an appealing, Instagram style user interface with a live feed that keeps tenants up to date and also enables and promotes networking and communication among tenants. Peach Property Group is thus taking a significant step forward in innovative tenant communication.
