10. Other useful information
On the basis of the amended administrative practice of BaFin in relation to the judgement of the Federal Court of Justice of 25 September 2018 (IIZR 190/17), the existing pool agreements between Basler Beteiligungsholding GmbH, SIGNAL IDUNA Lebensversicherung a.G. and Generali Lebensversicherung (Pool Agreement 2000) and between the core shareholders of the SIGNAL IDUNA Group and the Basler Group (Pool Agreement 2010) are deemed acting in concert in accordance with section 34(2) WpHG. This voluntary disclosure has been issued on account of Generali CEE Holding B.V. joining Pool Agreement 2000 as at the above date (cf. parallel notification by Assicurazioni Generali SpA).
