Claus Bolza-Schünemann will leave the management board due to his age on 31 December 2020

Würzburg (pta028/25.06.2020/14:37 UTC+2) With effect from 1 January 2021, the Koenig & Bauer AG supervisory board today appointed the management board member for the Special segment Dr Andreas Pleßke spokesman of the management board until the end of 2025. Dr Andreas Pleßke succeeds Claus Bolza-Schünemann, who will leave the management board on 31 December 2020 after 28 years of service - including nine years as CEO - upon reaching the specified age limit. The supervisory board thanks Claus Bolza-Schünemann for his successful and excellent work for the future-oriented positioning of the company, his tireless personal commitment for Koenig & Bauer as well as the good and trusting cooperation.
