TELES AG Informationstechnologien: Conditions for the capital increase

Berlin (pta016/03.07.2020/12:05 UTC+2) The Annual General Meeting of TELES AG Informationstechnologien (the "Company") has decided on May 29, 2020 to increase the company's share capital from EUR 2,913,084.00 by up to EUR 1,456,542.00 by issuing up to 1,456,542 new shares with a pro rata amount of the company's share capital of EUR 1.00 per share (hereinafter referred to as the "new shares").

On July 3, 2020, the Management Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, laid down the conditions for implementing the capital increase. The subscription price of the new shares was set at EUR 1.04. The subscription period begins on July 8, 2020 at 0:00 a.m. and ends on July 21, 2020 at 24:00 CEST.
