Heroes AG: The Heroes AG realigns itself

"Rethinking merchandising" is the long-term economic orientation and objective for the future. This guideline should bring clubs and athletes even more intensively to their fans and establish new trend-setting concepts in merchandising. The new holistic approach behind it is the joint development of brand potential with our partner companies through innovative lifestyle products and the development of target group activating technologies in order to distribute the products directly. In the course of the reorientation, Heroes AG has also succeeded in gaining two strategically important board members.

Brian J. Esposito (Founder & CEO of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC) as "Sports Strategy Coordinator - North America". The focus of his work is the analysis and development of new licenses and sports clubs. "It is such a pleasure and honor being asked to work with this amazing company, team, and vision. I am eager to connect Heroes AG with our over 150 joint ventures around the world to add value, create new strategic partnerships and opportunities, open up access to our investment banking partners, professional leagues and team owners, and the ability to move properly licensed branded products throughout our distribution networks around the world."

Urs Barandum (CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of B&B GAIN Partners AG) signed the membership agreement and will take over the position "Head of Stakeholder Relations International" with immediate effect. His future area of responsibility will be the management of the existing partnerships.

With the new memberships, Heroes expects an increase in expertise on board and is looking forward to the future cooperation.
