Dr. Hönle AG acquires 100% of the shares of UV-Technik Meyer GmbH based in Ortenberg (Hesse).
UV-Technik Meyer GmbH looks back on over 30 years of experience. The company mainly sells UV lamps and power supply units for various applications and thus achieves an annual turnover of approx. 4 - 5 million EUR. With the takeover, the Hönle Group increases its market share and further expands its expertise in the field of lamps. Overall, with this acquisition, the Hönle Group is very well positioned, especially for the growth markets of ballast water and air disinfection.
The takeover of UV-Technik Meyer GmbH will take place on October 1st, 2020. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price.
