S IMMO AG: Dividend announcement

Vienna (pta050/13.10.2020/17:15 UTC+2) The 31st Annual General Meeting of S IMMO AG, with its registered seat in Vienna, FN 58358x, held on 12 October 2020, resolved on the distribution of a dividend for the financial year 2019 in the amount of EUR 0.70 per share entitled to a divided.
The dividend is due and payable on 21 October 2020 (Dividend-Payment-Date). Paying agent is Erste Group Bank AG, Vienna.
Payment of the dividend will be effected less capital gains tax (KESt), unless there is a tax exemption from capital gains tax in accordance with section 94 fig 2 of the Income Tax Act (EStG; Schachtelprivileg).
The shares of S IMMO AG will be traded ex-dividend for the financial year 2019 from 19 October 2020 (Dividend Ex-Date). The record date for the dividend entitlement is 20 October 2020.
