Creactives Group SpA: BorgWarner becomes a customer of Creactives and scales the AI-driven semantic technology Made in Italy at a global level

("Creactives Group") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), an international company that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, announces that BorgWarner Inc. became a new customer of Creactives S.p.A., the fully owned operating company, and decided to adopt TSV8, the Creactives' - AI-driven - spend analysis product, globally.

BorgWarner Inc. is engaged in providing technology solutions for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles.
With a turnover of more than 7bnUSD, 29.000 employees worldwide, the company is listed on NYSE with a market capitalization of approx 8bnUSD. BorgWarner recently acquired Delphi Technologies PLC, a United Kingdom-based company also listed on NYSE that develops designs and manufactures vehicle propulsion systems.

Delphi Technologies was already a Creactives' Spend Analytics customer.

After having analyzed the performances of the spend analysis product in the newly acquired company, BorgWarner decided to take the agreement in place between Creactives and Delphi Technologies at the group level, to maximize the impact of the AI-driven semantic technology developed by Creactives across all the subsidiaries in the different countries. In fact, TSV8 is able to automatically analyze the rough spending data of BorgWarner in the 12 languages of the group without the need for translations.
