Contract Termination without notice with immediate effect for good cause

Koblenz (pta001/30.12.2020/00:15 UTC+1) With great regret we have to announce that our company has received this evening the contract termination without notice of our main customer. With this main customer, the company loses almost all sales. From today's point of view, the Company is absolutely dependent on the continuation of the contract. Whether an appeal will be lodged against the termination, it will be examined in the next few days and the outcome will be reported separately. The same applies to the results of negotiations with this customer, which will ensure the continued existence of the Company at least until alternative business areas or customers have been developed or acquired.
