SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES - Provision of financing

Kahl am Main, February 10, 2023 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has entered into an agreement to obtain up to € 20.0 million in financing for the next 18 months. Today the first tranche in the amount of € 9.6 million was drawn by SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES and deposited in an account of the company. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES is in coordination with the responsible auditor KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt ("KPMG") regarding the completion of the audit procedures for the two fiscal years 2020 and 2021 in order to be able to issue the attestations by mid-March 2023. The issuance of the audit opinions is a prerequisite for averting further damage to the Company. KPMG states that it is aware of the urgency regarding the possible issuance of the attestations.

In particular, it provides the financial basis for the realization of larger solar projects. We have also been working for several years on the introduction of our processes and equipment into new market areas such as hydrogen and battery technology.
