S IMMO AG: Strategy update

Today, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of S IMMO AG have adjusted the portfolio strategy. The Czech Republic will be established as an additional core market with a corresponding investment focus. Against the background of the recent increase in the share of office properties in the overall portfolio, investments in the retail segment in stable markets and established locations are hereafter also to be evaluated more closely in order to maintain a diversified portfolio. In this context, the Management Board of S IMMO AG will also examine the purchase of office and retail properties (portfolios) from CPI Property Group in the Czech Republic.
