Notice concerning Delisting of the Company Shares (deliverable through Global Bearer Certificates) with Frankfurt Stock Exchange
OMRON Corporation (the "Company") (TOKYO: 6645; ADR: OMRNY) announces today that the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (the "FSE") decided on and published the revocation of the admission to trading of the common shares (deliverable through Global Bearer Certificates) of the Company on the Regulated Market of the FSE. The revocation of admission will become effective as of the end of February 20, 2024. The Company will continue to maintain its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
