(the "Notes" or the "Series" and the holders thereof the "Noteholders")

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Series Memorandum dated 23 June 2016 (as supplemented by the supplement dated 24 July 2020) and the Conditions of the Notes as same may be amended and / or supplemented from time to time.

BACKGROUND

The Series Memorandum (as supplemented by the supplement dated 24 July 2020) states that Prime Management Ventures Ltd, a BVI company, was the Investment Manager of Quincy President S.A.

The Issuer hereby provides notice that it has been informed that Partners Capital Inversiones Agente de Valores S.A. (formerly Partners Capital Inversiones Corredor de Bolsa S.A.), a Uruguayan limited company, replaced Prime Management Ventures Ltd as the Investment Manager of Quincy President S.A., as of 20 April 2018.
