Rental income reached EUR 348.04 thousand in the reporting year (previous year: EUR 303.77 thousand). Through acquisitions, the inventory increased to 94 units with a total of 4,642.00 sqm of living space. The net result of EUR 34.95 thousand (previous year EUR -7.09 thousand) significantly exceeded there own expectations.
