Talenthouse AG: Publication of annual report 2022 not yet possible / Application for further extension applied for

As previously announced, Talenthouse AG ("Talenthouse" or the "Company") has been granted by SIX Exchange Regulation AG ("SIX SER") an extension to publish the annual report 2022 and file such report with SIX SER until today.

Due to the critical financial situation of the Company, and having not been provided with the required short term liquidity until now, the Company has not been in a position to comply with such deadline. SIX SER will thus presumably suspend the trading in the shares of the Company as of tomorrow.

The Company has submitted an application to SIX SER to obtain another extension until 31 August 2023 to publish the annual report 2022 and file such report with SIX SER today. The respective decision will be announced as soon as received.

Beyond, the Company and the investor are still working on a solution to restructure Talenthouse and its affiliates.
