Herisau, Switzerland - 27 January 2025 - Qlupod AG announces that the company's Board of Directors was restructured at the last Annual General Meeting on 30 December 2024. The expansion of the Board to three members took place in the context of the company's positive development and the emerging challenges associated with the next growth steps.

With the election of Jan Leitz as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Nikola Trajanov and Manfred H. Hachmeyer as additional members, Qlupod is relying on leaders with outstanding expertise in the areas of corporate management, law, finance and international business development.

Jan Leitz has extensive experience in the field of administrative law as well as in the leadership and management of complex projects. The experienced lawyer is a certified project manager and has held various management positions, both in Switzerland and internationally.

Nikola Trajanov has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector and in advising and managing companies. He has held various strategic positions and has been managing the fortunes of Qlupod AG as a partner since 2023. Trajanov has made a decisive contribution to the expansion of the company and brings in-depth knowledge in the field of business development.

Manfred H. Hachmeyer has more than 20 years of international management experience, particularly in strategic consulting and corporate management at board level. Hachmeyer has worked for leading companies such as Intel, Accenture and Deloitte. His work has focussed on successful corporate development, reorganisation and restructuring as well as M&A transactions.
