Polyus Finance Plc announces replacement of a trustee under its outstanding U.S.$500,000,000 4.70% Guaranteed Notes due 2024 and U.S.$700,000,000 3.25% guaranteed notes due 2028

Polyus Finance Plc (the "Issuer") hereby notifies the holders of the outstanding U.S.$500,000,000 4.70% Guaranteed Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer and guaranteed by JSC Polyus Krasnoyarsk (the "2024 Notes") and U.S.$700,000,000 3.25% guaranteed notes due 2028 issued by the Issuer and guaranteed by PJSC Polyus and JSC Polyus Krasnoyarsk (the "2028 Notes") that I2 Capital Trust Corporation Ltd. has appointed Limited Liability Company "Legal Capital Investor Services" as a trustee under the 2024 Notes and the 2028 Notes and has resigned from its current role as a trustee under the 2024 Notes and the 2028 Notes, in each case, with the effect from 16 August 2023.

The holders of the 2024 Notes and the 2028 Notes are not required to take any action in connection with the replacement of the trustee.
