Talenthouse AG: Resignation of two board members

Talenthouse AG ("Talenthouse" or "Company") announces the resignation of two board members.

Talenthouse announces the resignation of Peter Letter and Bernd Pfister from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Both have been board members of the investment company New Value AG ("New Value") already. After New Value changed its name to Talenthouse and became an operating company in March 2022, they have remained on the board of the Company for an envisaged interim period of 12 months to help transferring New Value into Talenthouse. Chairman Roman Scharf: "I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the outstanding contributions made by Bernd and Peter during their tenure on our Board of Directors. Their tireless efforts and expertise were key to transfer the investment vehicle New Value into the operating company Talenthouse. We wish them all the best for their future endeavors."

As already communicated, the board intends to convocate an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") soon. At such EGM, it will also propose the election of new board members with strong operational track records and relevant international networks in our industry to accompany Talenthouse into a prosperous future.
