Talenthouse AG (the "Company") announces the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting, held today, 8 July 2022. The ordinary resolution set out in the General Meeting agenda dated 15 June 2022, namely the appointing of PwC Zurich as the Company's new auditor for the financial year 2021/22, was duly passed by shareholders.
