Dr. Hönle AG: Robert Stark set to be new CFO of Dr. Hönle AG

On 2 August 2024, the Supervisory Board of Dr. Hönle AG appointed Robert Stark as a member of the Management Board of Dr. Hönle AG effective 1 October 2024. Robert Stark will assume the post of Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Markus Arendt was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Hönle AG as part of the expansion of the Management Board from one to two members. The expansion of the Management Board to two members thus completes the reorganisation of the Management Board in terms of personnel.

"Robert Stark has spent many years demonstrating his professional competence as well as his leadership skills in a variety of managerial positions on the commercial side of the business. His comprehensive knowledge and his achievements at the Company to date make him the ideal candidate for this role."

Robert Stark's contract with the Management Board will initially run until 30 September 2027. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management and also has a Master's degree in Finance. In addition to his work in auditing at KPMG, he gained managerial experience in several leading roles, including abroad. Most recently, he has been in charge of Finance, Purchasing and IT at Dr. Hönle AG.
