Rosenbauer International AG: Rosenbauer convenes Extraordinary General Meeting for April 1, 2025

Gernot Hofer, Florian Hutter and Friedrich Roithner proposed as new members of the Supervisory Board

At the request of its new majority shareholder Robau Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH. (Robau), the Executive Board of Rosenbauer International AG is convening an Extraordinary General Meeting in Linz, which is expected to take place on April 1, 2025. The only item on the agenda of this meeting is the election of members of the Supervisory Board. In accordance with the majority owner's proposed resolutions, Gernot Hofer, CEO of Invest Unternehmensbeteiligungs AG, Florian Hutter, Managing Director of Mark Mateschitz Beteiligungs AG, and Fritz Roithner, Managing Director of Pierer Konzerngesellschaft mbH., are to join the supervisory body of the fire brigade outfitter for the consortium. The current Chairman Jörg Astalosch and the members Bernhard Matzner and Martin Zehnder will leave the Supervisory Board at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The invitation to the Extraordinary General Meeting is expected to be published on March 11, 2025 in the Federal Government's Electronic Announcement and Information Platform (EVI) and on the homepage of Rosenbauer International AG.
