ERWE Immobilien AG: Rüdiger Weitzel to become sole member of the Board of Management

• Axel Harloff's contract with the Board of Management expires as agreed
• Harloff will continue to hold a stake in ERWE Immobilien in the future

Frankfurt/M., 13 October 2022. Rüdiger Weitzel, major shareholder and member of the Board of Management of ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., will in future represent the company's Board of Management alone. While Axel Harloff's contract as a member of the Board of Management expires in October as agreed, the Supervisory Board has renewed the contract and appointment of Rüdiger Weitzel for three years. Weitzel will take over Harloff's area of responsibility until further notice and will be able to rely on a competent second management level in the company that has grown in recent years.

Harloff, who holds a stake of around 25 per cent in ERWE through his investment company, will continue to hold the shares in the future and will devote himself to new challenges after the end of his contract with ERWE. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Axel Harloff for his contribution to the development of ERWE, his successful work and his commitment to the company.
