BENO Holding AG: Sale of a special property in Möckmühl
Munich, 02.10.2024 (pta029/02.10.2024/16:35 UTC+2)
BENO Holding AG (ISIN: DE000A11QLP3), a specialized portfolio holder and asset manager in the field of operationally necessary real estate, is selling vacant special real estate as part of its strategic realignment. The buyer of the property in Möckmühl is a local investor.
Michael Bussmann, CEO of BENO Holding AG, justified the sale by stating that the property no longer fitted in with the corporate strategy due to its small usable area of just 1,200 m2, its very specific layout and its special use.
The Management Board went on to explain: "In future, we will only focus on properties that match our BENOVATION 2050 strategy in terms of location, size, quality and third-party usability."
The proceeds from the sale will be invested in the implementation of the long-term goals. BENO Holding AG plans to expand its portfolio by acquiring further properties that fit in with our future-oriented approach.
The sale was made slightly above the current appraisal value.
