Serviceware SE: Serviceware SE: General Meeting adopts all agenda items with a large majority

Bad Camberg, 7 May 2021 The shareholders of Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) adopted all agenda items with a large majority at yesterday's ordinary General Meeting. The General Meeting re-elected, amongst other things, Mr Christoph Debus prematurely to the Administrative Board. It is planned to elect Mr Debus once more as Chairman of the Administrative Board.
