SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES: No quorum for vote without a meeting (bonds of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, ISIN: DE000A2AA5H5 / WKN: A2AA5H)

Kahl am Main, 7 October 2021 – The vote without meeting conducted between Monday, 4 October 2021, 0:00 hours (CEST) and Wednesday, 6 October 2021, 24:00 hours (CEST) pursuant to section 18 and sections 5 ff. of the German Bond Act (SchVG) concerning the EUR 12,000,000.00 bearer bonds, ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 / WKN A2AA5H, did not achieve a quorum because the required participation of 50% of the outstanding bonds (section 15 (3) sentence 1 SchVG) was not reached.

The Executive Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and the notary public Dr. Olaf Gerber with registered office in Frankfurt am Main acting as the scrutineer will therefore invite all bearers of the bonds to a second bondholder meeting.

The invitation to the second bondholder meeting on 28 October 2021 will prospectively be published in the Federal Gazette and on the Company’s homepage on 8 October 2021.
