Frankfurt/M., 26 May 2021. The shareholders represented at the Annual General Meeting on May 25, 2021 of ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., have elected Volker Lemke new member of the Supervisory Board. He replaces Dr. Olaf Hein, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, who - as previously announced - resigned from the Board for personal reasons.

Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, the members of the Supervisory Board elected Mr. Lemke the new Chairman. Mr. Lemke is a member of the Board of Management of Elbstein AG.
