conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Change to the Administrative Board

Vienna, 28 November 2013 (pta040/28.11.2013/21:30 UTC+1) conwert Immobilien Invest SE, traded on the Austrian ATX, announces that Franz Pruckner, Vice Chairman of the Administrative Board, will step down from his position and resign from the Administrative Board due to personal reasons as of 31 December 2013.

A potential election of a new Member to the Administrative Board will be decided at the 13th Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2014.
