Vienna / Warsaw (pta012/16.04.2014/09:45 UTC+2) Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN: AT0000827209) hereby announces in accordance with section 93 para 6 of the Austrian Stock Exchange the issue of another tranche of bonds under its notes issuance programme in nominal amount of approximately EUR 2,000,000, where such tranche of bonds is to be placed via a private placement to institutional investors. Following the issue date a mortgage on a real estate held by a subsidiary the issuer will be established to secure the bonds.
