BWT AG: BWT Annual General Meeting passes all resolutions

Mondsee (pta015/19.05.2014/17:15 UTC+2) Today´s Annual General Meeting of BWT Aktiengesellschaft approved all resultions without a dissentient vote. Shareholders will receive a dividend of Eur0.28 per share (after Eur0.28 in the previous year).
