conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Alexander Proschofsky new Chairman of the Administrative Board

Wien (pta031/18.05.2016/14:50 UTC+2) conwert Immobilien Invest SE, traded on the Austrian ATX (conwert, ISIN: AT0000697750), announces that the Administrative Board has elected Alexander Proschofsky today as its new Chairman. Alexander Proschofsky said: "My top priority is continuing to pursue the current conwert strategy".

Barry Gilbertson, Chairman of the Administrative Board, has unexpectedly resigned as Chairman on medical advice with immediate effect and will leave the Administrative Board as per 15 June 2016.

The entire Administrative Board thanks Barry Gilbertson for his successful term as Chairman, during which he constantly put the well-being of the company first and paid attention to independent decision-making in the Administrative Board.
