conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Announcement of the total number of voting rights pursuant to § 93(1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Vienna (pta014/30.09.2016/09:50 UTC+2) Pursuant to § 93(1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, conwert Immobilien Invest SE announces that the total number of voting rights amounts to 101,906,213 at the end of September 2016. The share capital of the company amounts to EUR 509,531,065 and is divided into 101,906,213 ordinary bearer shares each with a calculated nominal value of EUR 5.

Since 31 January 2016, the total number of shares amounted to 94,593,612. The changes result from the issuance of shares from contingent capital as a result of the exercise of conversion rights by all holders of the 4.50% convertible bond 2012-2018 of conwert Immobilien Invest SE.

The new shares have the same ISIN as the company's ordinary shares (ISIN AT0000697750) and are entitled to the same unrestricted rights to dividends.
