Dividend Announcement

In the Annual General Meeting held on May 7, 2018, the distribution of a dividend for the financial year 2017 in the amount of EUR 0.583 per share entitled to receive a dividend was resolved.

The distribution of the dividend will take place exclusively less the statutory withholding tax of 27.5%.

Ex-dividend trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange begins as of May 15, 2018. Record date for the dividend will be May 16, 2018 and dividend payment date will be May 17, 2018.
