Stockholm (pta019/28.08.2019/10:30 UTC+2) STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (28 August 2019) - StrateVic Finance Group AB (ISIN SE 0006027546 - Frankfurt Stock Exchange: SVAB) - StrateVic Finance Group AB reports from its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held on August 21st 2019. Because the audit has not been fully completed, the meeting resolved on all items except the ones relating to the annual report. A third meeting for finalizing the audit results will be announced shortly.

The meeting resolved on re-electing Mr. Bert Scheen to its board of directors, and to newly elect Mr. Thomas Wong and Mr. Simon Stokvold. Mr. Roger Tamraz, Mr. Marc d'Hombres and Mr. Nikolay Paskalev were not re-elected. The company thanks them for their services.

The changes to the board of directors are a result of the company's recent changes in operations and strategy. The new board is tailored in a better way for supporting the company's strategy and Bankt.co. Today, August 28th 2019, the constituent meeting of the Board of Directors will take place where the new Chairman will be elected and where other resolutions concerning the management and organisational structure of the Company will be decided on.

Furthermore, the annual meeting resolved to allow the board of directors to increase the company's equity base according to the company's bylaws in order to acquire additional funding.
