At this meeting Mr. Bert Scheen was elected to chair the Board of Directors. With a hands-on approach he will focus on the strategic development of the StrateVic Finance Group AB. Mr. Bert Scheen will consequently step down as Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The board of directors has decided to hire and appoint Mr. Olav Trent as the new Chief Executive Officer.
