Stockholm (pta016/17.01.2020/16:15 UTC+1) STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (17th January 2020) - StrateVic Finance Group AB (ISIN SE 0006027546 - Frankfurt Stock Exchange: SVAB) The Extraordinary General Meeting of StrateVic Finance Group AB was held on January 3rd, 2020 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Announcement on the elections:

The meeting resolved on electing Mr. Graham Cull, Mr. Peter Johann Backer, Mr. Hans Dieter Muller and Mr. Jan Christoph Hoffman to its board of directors. Following the general meeting, the board of directors elected Mr. Graham Cull as Chairman.

Mr. Roger Tamraz, Mr. Marc Jean-Louis D'Hombres, Mr. Nikolay Paskalev Mr. consequently have left the board and we thank them for their service.

The changes to the board of directors are a result of the company's further push into payment layered banking solutions and its plan to do so with its core product of BankT.co.

Announcement on the annual report 2018 and reelection of the author:

The annual report with the auditors report were presented to the shareholders who voted unanimously to accept them. Auditor Mr. Sture Eriksson was re-elected.

Announcement on a change to the articles of association:

The shareholders unanimously voted to raise the share capital limits and to perform a reverse split 15 000:1. They voted to make the necessary changes to the articles of association to accommodate the increase in share capital limits and the reverse split.
