* New digital solution for the planning of workplace utilisation based on Serviceware Processes ensures safe return to the physical workplace
* Noticeable demand of companies for solution to manage working life after further Covid-19 relaxations
* Software solutions of the Serviceware ESM platform are flexible and expandable at any time

Bad Camberg, 16 July 2020. Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has developed a solution for the recording of the workplace utilisation which allows employees of companies in Covid-19 times a controlled return to the physical workplace. As a result of the pandemic, companies need to comply with strict hygiene and distancing provisions in their offices. They can only offer a limited space capacity and must ensure that only a certain number of employees are on site. With the new solution of Serviceware, which is based on the module Serviceware Processes, companies can manage their workplaces and adjust them to other workplaces with a view to utilisation and distances. The new solution shows employees when which workplaces are occupied or free. They can then book their appropriate workplace in advance on the desired date. Double bookings are avoided in this way and the workflow in the company is significantly improved. With the integration of the plug-in solution into existing systems, all booking details are saved on request for contact tracking and recording. In this way companies can reliably track which employees stayed when and where and act in a targeted manner in the event of an infection.

Dirk K. Martin, CEO of Serviceware: "With the fast implementation of our solution for the recording of workplace utilisation and its adaptation to concrete customer needs we have furnished further evidence for the customer and market orientation as well as the performance of our ESM platform. Based on the platform, service processes can be easily digitised on all company levels. By constantly adding new service processes and because of an associated more intensive use by our customers, further market opportunities and licence potentials become available for Serviceware."
