The purchase price has been agreed to Eur725,000.
The business model of World Equity Expo is to provide custodial services and a fluid tokenization process of assets, improving liquidity and treasury management for its clients using blockchain technology.
World Equity Expo is launching its service based on the Korean bitHolla platform. bitHolla was established in Seoul, South Korea in 2016. The team has accumulated over a decade of experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. Every day at bitHolla they work to move money forward and strive to provide the Internet of money to everyone no matter where they are.
The platform is expected to be launched next Monday, October 5th, 2020.
A first series of contracts have already been negotiated for delivery and is expected to generate at least 5.000.000 Euro of revenue before the end of 2020.
The partnership and equity stake will bring additional benefits to shareholders in Blockchain Infrastructure Group AG through the distribution of tokenized assets, either through airdrops or dividends. In addition, Blockchain Infrastructure Group AG will be able to provide cross-benefits to its portfolio companies as part of upcoming investments.
