ItN Nanovation AG: Request for opening of insolvency procedures filed by Supervisory Board members

ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) hereby announces:

The members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Meinerzag and Mr. Schmiegel, have filed today, April 8 2021, a request with the local court of Saarbrücken for the opening of insolvency proceedings for the assets owned by ItN Nanovation AG, due to insolvency and overindebtedness.

ItN Nanovation AG is still without a Management Board (see ad hoc announcement of March 18, 2021). The local court of Saarbrücken has not yet reached a decision about the request for the judicial appointment of a new Management Board. The members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Meinerzag and Mr. Schmiegel, therefore deemed themselves to be obliged to file a request for the opening of insolvency proceedings for the assets owned by ItN Nanovation AG, because they have concluded, after having thoroughly assessed the financial situation of ItN Nanovation AG (see ad hoc announcements of March 26, 2021 and April 1, 2021), that ItN Nanovation AG is insolvent and overindebted.
