Extrafin S.p.A. ("Extrafin" or the "Company") informs that, on 27 April 2022, the Administrative Body, replacing the resigning Mario Bartolini, appointed Mr. Mirko Morandi, legal representative of the MY Group Srl, shareholder of the Company.
