CAG International AG: Changes in the Board of Directors

CAG International AG, headquartered in Baar (Switzerland) and listed on the direct market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, is focused on Business Agility and Online Learning solutions. In order to become more agile itself, the Board has taken action to streamline the company's management structure: It has restructured the Board of Directors to be more flexible and to further streamline costs, while the company focuses on growth.

The company's board is now headed by Pascal Joncour. The two other members, Hans Amell and Kurt Larsson, continue to work actively for CAG International, but have now stepped down from their board functions. Founder Hans Amell will serve as Senior Advisor to the company while actively pursuing large business opportunities for further expansion of CAG International. Kurt Larsson will continue to perform the functions of Operational Manager.

"The streamlining of our Board of Directors helps to optimize our set-up and cost structure. As a result, we will be even more agile than before, while still retaining full expertise within the company," says Pascal Joncour, Director of CAG International.

Pascal Joncour has more than 20 years of experience in general management, marketing and sales, corporate finance and management consulting. He has worked for Roland Berger, Pfizer and as Managing Partner at Argon Global Healthcare. He has been on the Board of Directors of CAG International since June 2022.
