TELES AG: Changes to the Supervisory Board

Mr. Joachim Schwarzer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TELES AG, has declared to the Supervisory Board of Teles AG that he will resign from office for personal reasons with effect from the end of the next Annual General Meeting.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board deeply regret Mr. Schwarzer's decision. The company thanks Mr. Schwarzer for his many years of successful work.

A proposal for the election of a Supervisory Board member to succeed the departing member will be submitted for resolution at the company's next Annual General Meeting.
