Zumtobel Group AG: Results of the 48th General Meeting of the Zumtobel Group AG

At today's 48th General Meeting of the Zumtobel Group, the shareholders unanimously approved the recommendation to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share. The voting shareholders or their representatives in attendance represented approximately 62.48% of the company's share capital.

The Zumtobel Group generated net income of EUR 24.7 million in the 2023/24 financial year in spite of the challenging environment. This success will now be shared with the company's shareholders. The approved distribution of EUR 0.25 per share represents approximately 43.7% of net profit for the previous financial year. Based on the closing price for 2023/24, the dividend yield equals 4.2%. This is the fifth dividend distribution in succession. Payment is scheduled for 9 August 2024.

All other proposals approved
The members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board were released from liability for the 2023/24 financial year by the General Meeting. PwC Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH, Vienna, was elected to audit the consolidated and separate financial statements for the 2024/25 financial year. Their activities will also cover the audit of the legally required consolidated sustainability report of the Zumtobel Group for the 2024/2025 financial year if the applicable legal regulation takes effect during the current 2024/25 financial year.

Dr Ing. Georg Pachta-Reyhofen and Prof. Dr Thorsten Staake were re-elected to the Supervisory Board, each for a term of office extending to the General Meeting in 2027.
