Warimpex sells AIRPORTCITY St. Petersburg

Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft ("Warimpex") holds 100 % of AIRPORTCITY St. Petersburg via various Russian companies. This includes three office properties, a multifunctional building, a hotel and land reserves.

Contracts were signed between Warimpex and a Russian buyer for the sale of all shares and shareholder loans in all Russian Warimpex companies, and the transaction was completed today.

This transaction is expected to have a negative impact of around EUR 76 million on Warimpex's consolidated net profit for the 2024 financial year. This result includes historical reserves from currency translation already recognized in equity, meaning that consolidated equity is expected to decrease by around EUR 35 million to around EUR 77 million.

With the completion of the transaction, Warimpex is no longer active in the Russian market.
