On 14 September 2012 (date of registration with the commercial register) conwert Immobilien Invest has SE completed a capital, thereby decreasing the nominal share capital from EUR 853,592,730 to EUR 426,796,365.

The capital decrease does not result in a change in the total number of shares or of voting rights pursuant to Section 91 paragraph 1a BörseG with the total number of voting rights remaining at 85,359,273.
