Sacha Berlik and Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff to take up positions

Berlin (pta013/17.01.2014/10:30 UTC+1) YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) announces filling of vacant positions on its Supervisory Board.

On 15th January 2014, YOC AG received the decision of the local court Berlin-Charlottenburg dated 13th January 2014 regarding the appointment of two new members of the Supervisory Board. At the motion of the YOC AG Management Board on 7th January 2014, the court appointed, with immediate effect and in accordance with § 104 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), Mr Sacha Berlik and Mr Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff members of the YOC AG Supervisory Board.

In its constitutive meeting on 16th January 2014, the Supervisory Board elected Mr Dr Nikolaus Breuel as its new Chairman and Mr Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
